Feeling positive ABOUT emotions VRS. FEELING POSITIVE EMOTIONS. Translated: Free from judgement, free to be. Ourselves in our experience. We notice what is.We are not designed to live in one emotion. Emotions are designed like a rainbow, full of colour, variety and expanse. Each colour of emotion brings gifts and learnings which can benefit us. Our expression in it's fullness is magnificent. It's transformational. Ecstasis is healing and filled with opportunities for expansion. We become vibrant versions of our wonder-full selves.
Our programs consist of artfully selected music. This drives out our emotions. This allows us to exercise a technique called “emotional fluidity”. This is the ability to flow between one emotional state of being to another.
This reminds us that we are the causing agent of our emotional base. We realize we no longer need to remain stagnant or stuck in uninspiring moods We learn we can create the results we want at any time.

City-Wide Public Events
Working with the Police Force to Manage crowd safety and excellence
Goal: Working with the government/city, working as a city led - city supported agency.
-
We help move crowds in a way that is safe by keeping the crowd joyful. We elevate cooperation and collective spirit.
We move crowds safely by leading them with a carrot instead of hitting them with a stick. This is how we are helping our city rebuild unity and trust.
We keep the crowd joyful. We elevate cooperation and collective spirit through music, activities (dance, walking, biking) and destinations.
We understand how important any interaction can be. One difficult interaction can change the vibe from a high note… to something alarming and even dangerous. This is common in a crowd of rowdy city-goers. Many of us have experienced alarming or even dangerous occurrences while moving in a crowd. Some moments required the police to take action through force. With covid trauma in recovery, we need to start considering new ways of responding that are thoughtful and kind. It’s time for innovating new ways of inspiring cooperation. It doesn’t need to happen through fear.We are moving away from strategies that use intimidation, force or fear.
Joy, kindness and respect are powerful catalysts for inspiring cooperation. These virtues are possible to nurture in our city wide leadership. Our teams have have over 10 years of experience facilitating crowdsNever have we had a single infraction of violence or negativity. We are a team of community leaders, skilled group facilitators, artists and musicians.

Joyfest teams are here to partner with the police force to enance crowd cooperation. We are here to collaborate as a team. We focus on what works and incorporate new strategies to make the trust in the city stronger.
In our planning we will explore and collaborate. Counsil plays a big part in these results.
Our programs welcome and encourage everyone. Homeless people on the street and the person in the wheelchair.
We are the avengers of joy. Our presence de-escalates tense crowd energy. We elevate group cooperation and ease fear and danger, vrs agitate it.
We are here to work alongside the police force as crowd safety leaders and pioneers. We are pioneering a new way of doing things.
We are offering something different. An outside of the box approach that will put our city on the map. We are the leading edge for other countries and cities to follow after. Lead with kindness, joy, hope and celebration over fear.
We help to keep the people safe and our community events running smooth. We escort city folk either with attraction or repulsion.
Those who are uneased by colour and joy will retreat in disposition, while those in favour will cheer, laugh and dance along with us as we move the crowd along. We are here to revolutionize the task force and revitalize common unity in spirit by leading with joy, celebration and cooperation. We are bringing unity and celebration as an integral part of our city wide events and culture. If the city has funds to invest in standing art to entertain and delight + enlighten the human spirit, we have the funds to unify the collective spirit in our city as well.
We ask us to take a proactive stance to revitalize the hurting/bruised energetic spirit of our people from covid/ and nurture unity to enhance our collective spirit.
Depression rates skyrocketted during covid along with addictions/alcohol/pot etc.
We are here to aid in and support the growing numbers of mental health due to isolation and loneliness.
We propose the rebuild plan that can assist in facilitating a harmonious transition back to non-covid lifestyles.
To the team - We will be supported by the government to provide our services for the communities collective wellness.
Now that we have been developing mastery over how to collaborate our teams and unify our crowds. We would like to continue offering our services to the city at wide. We ran city-wide bike raves, community gatherings in the park, mini festivals, (pop up! planned and facilitated in a day! imagine what we would do with actual funding for our city). The potential here is huge.Additional:When I worked with autistic children, I begrudgingly taught them that the police officer is the person to turn to when we are in trouble. That police are a resource of safety and trust. Inside I knew I was feeding them only part of the whole truth. Those with processing disorders are more likely to experience traumatizing relationship with police in their future.
Police presence in my experience has not always reesembled safety - but rather often negative, fear-based concern. I’ve reported multiple experiences of documented racial profiling and discrimination. These challenges go deep. They are inbreaded into our psychology and historic programming.
It’s an opportune time for our government/city council to take a proactive stance on evolving these challenges where they can. This is a tangible, realistic solution.
